The following post is my own personal comments and opinions .

The national strength of a country can be categorized into economy and industry , science and technology , society and culture , military , etc .
Economy and Industry
Economic expansion to expand industrial foundation for economic development such as investment , trade , consumption economy for employment and wealth creation , poverty alleviation and national revenues increase .
Economic diversification to diversify industrial foundation for economic development such as allocating and distributing the economic risk and dependency .
Diversification of market and investment to allocate and distribute market and investment risk and dependency .
Economic liberalization and deregulation .
High productivity , budget balance , economic transparency , regressive tax system .
From labor intensive to capital intensive to information intensive .
Incentive for capital and investment inflow , by competitive interest and profitability , investment cost and simplicity , not tax the capital flow but the investment profit , tax break until profit growth take roots , free access to domestic and international capital market , etc .

For national unity , ethnic Han migration to ethnic minority region and ethnic minority migration to Han region until the ethnic Han are majority in all locality and ratio of ethnic Han to ethnic minority are homogeneous ; promote cultural diversity in publicity ; using Han language to unify the Han and minority ethnic in education and publicity ; equal citizenship , and political , economic and social access among Han and minority ethnic ; cross-marriage among Han and minority ethnic ; demolish all form of political , economic and social segregation ; relocate the Han and minority ethnic in the same urbanity and distribute evenly the ratio of Han and minority ethnic ; popularize Chinese nationalism , patriotism , citizenry , unity , etc in education and publicity ; joint social activities among Han and minority ethnic ;
Military
Strategic reserve such as fuel and food .
Air Mechanized Formation equipped with Attack Helicopter and Attack Infantry Helicopter for mobility , surprise and flexibility but without sustainability , use for coastal invasion and aerial fire support for ground operation , ambush and destruction ; flank and rear attack ; etc .
