The following post is my own personal comments and opinions .
The below post is about democracy .
A dictatorship will increase the decisiveness to implement political , economic and social reform , development , stability , unity and prosperity .
But a dictatorship will also increase the motivation , opportunities , initiative of the ruling party to abuse democracy to stay in power , manipulate national and people interest for party interest , and monopolize power as political tools for party interest .
In a dictatorship , the ruling party is likely to choose party interest over national and people interest and may use criminal group as political tools for party interest .
In a democracy , as there is political competition among the party interest and political supervision among the parties , thus political competition and supervision will gravitate the parities to compete and deliberate for the best national and people interest as to achieve competing party interest .
Thus ideally , a free and competitive political democracy with political supervision combined with balance and separation of power will foster creative , equilibrium , balance , paradoxical , conciliatory , alternative , safe and sound policy and governance with effectiveness , order , cooperation , initiative , stability , efficiency , qualification and incorruptibility .
The legislature can double up as a political and governmental , collective professional and legal , broad representative and democratic , free and independent think tank to advise the executive branch .
In a dictatorship , the ruling party will achieve rule of man by law .
In a democracy , the ruling party will achieve rule of law by man .
Democracy is a phase in political evolution .
If the timing of democracy is wrong , the ruling party will lose decisiveness to continue political , economic and social reform , development , stability , unity and prosperity .
Time is a essential ingredient to evolve the best democracy so as to protect political , economic and social reform , development , stability , unity and prosperity .
The democracy of the US took a long time to evolve to its present form and become a developed country .
Ideally , the conditions of the timing of democracy may be when there is even distribution of wealth with the middle working class as majority controlling the majority of the wealth ; there is post secondary educated population as majority ; there is liberalization of free and independent political parties and political competition ; there is liberalization of free and independent mass media and media competition to supervise the government and political parties with free and independent mass dissemination of public information and public information mass dissemination competition ; there is rule of law with balance and separation of power between the executive , legislative and judiciary ; there is social order and stability combined with national peace and unity ; there is a nationalized , professional and strong security force such as police , military and intelligence ; there is enactment and enforcement of law combined with public education to fight crimes and corruption ; there is voter education about democracy and election such as political representation , political competition , check and balance politics , balance and separation of power , structural mixture of elected political parties candidates , even distribution of elected political parties candidates , alternate elected political parties candidates ; there is low unemployment and poverty combined with positive economic performance ; etc .
A dictatorship may justified its dictatorship to the people to stay in power by preventing the ideal conditions for the timing of democracy from maturing .
An absence of ideal conditions for timing of democracy will also create political , economic , social and military instability for the dictatorship , thus the dictatorship may achieve a balanced and equilibrium presence but immature ideal conditions for timing of democracy
The ideal conditions for timing of democracy are not a perquisite for the timing of democracy and may be implemented in parallel and correspondingly with the development of democracy .
Concentrating power into executive branch is a recipe for dictatorship .
Concentrating power into broad representation and collective professional leadership of legislative branch is a good recipe for safe and sound governance .
The executive , legislative and judiciary branch are equal and independent of each other so as to achieve balance and separation of power .
The executive , legislative and judiciary branch cannot exercise the function and authority of each other so as to not to confuse and destabilize the lines of accountability , and the balance and separation of power .
For example , the executive branch cannot exercise the judicial and interpretation function of judiciary branch , and cannot exercise the legislation and supervisory function of legislative branch .
For example , the legislative branch cannot exercise the judicial and interpretation function of judiciary branch , and cannot exercise the executive and policy function of executive branch .
For example , the judiciary branch cannot exercise the governance and policy function of executive branch , and cannot exercise the legislation and supervisory function of legislative branch .
The criminal offense of executive , legislative and judiciary will be handled by the judiciary branch .
The constitutional and administrative offense of the executive , legislative and judiciary will be handled by the legislature .
Under the balance and separation of power in a democracy , the policy and governance of the executive of the executive branch is accountable to the legislative branch ; the legislative branch supervise the policy and governance of the executive branch ; the legislative branch provide the legal basis for the policy and governance of the executive branch ; the legislative branch deliberate the legislation and amendment of constitution and law for approval by executive branch ; the legislative branch deliberate the legislation and amendment of the law of the blueprint and appointment of executive , legislative , judiciary , military , police , intelligence , etc for approval by the executive branch ; etc .
In a democracy , without the legal basis provided by the legislative branch , the executive branch will be breaking the law in its policy and governance .
In a democracy , without the approval of the executive branch , the legislative branch cannot pass legislation into law .
In the rule of law in democracy , the executive branch cannot bypass the legislative branch in his policy and governance ; and the executive branch submit a executive report based on think tank report , and deliberation between central and local government to the legislative branch ; then the legislative branch will deliberate on the legislation and amendment of law of respective policy and governance based on executive branch report , think tank report , public consensus , etc .
The rejuvenation and reunification of China will be achieved .
China will be strong , free and united .
Taiwan will not pursue Taiwan independence and will accept reunification with China .
